Cancellation Fees after Reserving

Within first seven days after reserving $300.
Cancelling forty five days prior to Your Reservation Date - $1,300.
Cancelling thirty days Prior to Your Reservation Date.- $2,800.
Canceling twenty one days prior to your Reservation Date - $5,300.
Cancelling ten days Prior to Your Reservation Date -$10,300.

House Rules

Check in between 12:00 – 3:00 PM (CST).
Check out between 12:00 – 3:00 PM (CST).
Cat Friendly.
Dogs up to forty pounds.
No Smoking.
Maximum Guests — four adults, four children.
Primary Renter must be twenty five years or older.

Damage & Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage or lost property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Cleaning Practices

There is trained staff on the premises a minimum of twelve hours per week. All towels and linens are chemically disinfected at high water temperatures. The entire house is deep cleaned prior to your stay.

All staff has been vaccinated, including booster shots.
