The minimum stay requirement is 30 (Thirty Days). However, I am more than willing to accommodate your individual schedule and needs. Please call me at 224-543-7200 for more individualized attention.
Discounts are available for extended stays over 30 (Thirty Days). There is an Eight-person maximum occupancy allowed. The minimum age of the primary responsible party is 25 (Twenty-Five) years of age.
I love cats. All dogs under forty pounds are welcome to! I do require $500 fee for your additional loved ones.
To get the ball rolling, call me! There is an $1,800 (Eighteen Hundred Dollars) Deposit required to receive and process your reservation. An invoice will be returned to you after your registration has been received and processed. If you change your mind within seven calendar days, you will incur a $300 (Three Hundred Dollar) fee. I will promptly return the balance of $1,500 (Fifteen Hundred Dollars) owing back to you. You have seven days to change your mind, but I do not think you will.
There are three payment options available to you:
1. Payment in full, in advance. Discounts apply.
2. Fifty percent in Advance. Fifty percent can be financed for those who qualify.
3. Pay by the month.
